RevenueMagic Terms and Conditions

Introduction

The following Terms and Conditions control your membership in the RevenueMagic program. You agree that you have read and understand this Agreement ("Agreement") and that your membership in the RevenueMagic program (the "Program") shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions between you (the "Member") and RevenueMagic. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by RevenueMagic. Please review them from time to time since your ongoing use is subject to the terms and conditions as modified. Your continued participation in RevenueMagic after such modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register to become a member of RevenueMagic.

Terms of Participation

1. Member must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
2. Members join solely on their own risk.
3. Members must provide RevenueMagic with accurate, complete and updated registration information, including an accurate name, mailing address and email address.
4. Revenue Magic has 3 types of members, which are Free Affiliates, Advertisers (Customers), and Advertiser Affiliates (both a Customer and an Affiliate.)
5. Advertisers agree to use their ad points within 1 year of making the purchase or they may be forfeited without refund. This also applies to free ad points given at sign up.
6. To the full extent allowed by applicable law, RevenueMagic at its sole discretion and for any or no reason may refuse to accept applications for membership.
7. Members may not (i) activate or use more than one Member account; (ii) select or use a Email Address of another person; (iii) use a name subject to rights of another person without authorization from that person; (iv) use a false or misleading name, mailing address, or email address to activate or use a Member account.
8. By signing up for the RevenueMagic program and confirming their email address, Member is opting-in to receive emails from RevenueMagic which may include member solo ads from Revenuemagic.com or our other domain 2x2magic.com. You are also opting in to receive emails from your Direct Sponsor. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may cancel your account anytime , with the understanding that you forfeit and unpaid commissions and unused ad points.
9. RevenueMagic reserves the right to track and record Member's IP Address in case of fraud.
10. RevenueMagic has the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel a Member's membership in and access to the RevenueMagic Website and the RevenueMagic program. If a cancellation is executed by the company and fraud was not involved the member will be paid any unpaid cash back rewards, and the Member may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies if such action is deemed warranted by RevenueMagic. It is not our policy to suspend or cancel memberships without cause, but we reserve the right to determine what violates our company standards and vision and take the appropriate actions.
11. Member agrees not to abuse his or her membership privileges by acting in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement. Member agrees not to participate in any fraudulent behavior of any kind.
12. RevenueMagic shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules. Any decision RevenueMagic makes relating to the cancellation of Earnings and the termination of membership shall be final and binding.
13. Member agrees not to use any guaranteed downline building service in order to inflate their referrals. Many of these services provide what turns out to be useless members and wasted bandwidth.
14. Member's discontinued participation in the RevenueMagic program or failure to notify RevenueMagic of any address (mailing or email) changes may result in the termination of Member's membership and forfeiture of Member's unredeemed Earnings and unused ad points.
15. Member shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to Member. Member acknowledges that Member may only participate in the RevenueMagic program if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations.
16. Minimum Purchase Requirement for Ads Points is $20.00. Each $1 equals 1000 ad points. $100=100,000 ad points etc.
17. Member understands that there are 2 processing fees for all withdrawals from our system. The first is a 5% fee maintenance fee for overhead cost. The second is a flat $5 administration fee. The minimum withdrawal amount is $49. Earnings are paid back to you using the payment method you used to purchase your ad points packages in most cases. We reserve the right to pay your earnings in an alternative method should the need arise.
18. Member understands that the earnings and bonuses are rewards and bonuses on advertising purchases and are not guaranteed in anyway.
19. RevenueMagic is not an investment opportunity, we do not sell stocks or bonds or any other security. Our members earn income based on the sale of advertisements both from direct referral purchases and non-member ad purchases. There is no guarantee of how long it takes to earn income or rewards, this is completely based on the effort of your team and your sponsors team. The CMS is an advertising source, similar to a cooperative advertising system, but it is not a guaranteed affiliate or income building system in any way. It is a system that we use to rotate affiliate URL's for all members who have not received 2 sales of either the Bronze or Copper Ad packages. We continue to advertise but we cannot force people to join and purchase.
20. Member acknowledges that they have read all terms and other information throughout the site and are in complete agreement with all terms and conditions however stated throughout this site.
21. Rebates for All Advertising Purchases Policy - All Revenue Magic Advertisers are eligible to receive up to a 50% rebate for each individual ad point purchase with no sales requirements. This is a rebate based on company sales and is not guaranteed in any way. In order for any Advertiser to earn over a 50% reward they must meet the company's minimum sales requirement (See Advertiser Affiliate Sales Requirement for details.) When an advertiser meets the minimum sales requirement they are immediately considered an Advertiser Affiliate.
22. Advertiser Affiliate Sales Requirement - in order for any advertiser to earn in excess of a 50% advertising rebate they must have a minimum personal volume (PV) of at least $175.00 in ad point sales. Once this PV is reached the Advertiser is automatically considered an Advertiser Affiliate. PV is based on direct sponsorship of a new Advertiser who makes a new ad points purchase in the system.
23. Free Affiliate Sales Requirements - Non-Advertisers or "Free" Affiliates that wish to be an affiliate with Revenue Magic must abide by all the terms listed throughout the site. There is a minimum withdrawal limit of $49 in order to request commissions. There are no additional sales requirements on Free Affiliates except for the withdrawal requirement. Free Affiliates do not earn cash back rewards or rebates. Free Affiliates earn commissions and bonuses based on the sale of advertising points to our mutual customers.

    Due to issues that may arrise with Alertpay and other Credit Card processors experiencing difficulty with Credit Card payments, withdrawals can take up to 30 days longer than expected. We strive to pay within 5 - 7 business days, however in extreme cases delays are regretable.

    
    
    FRAUD - Any member found committing fraud will lose their account and all funds in it.
    
    If member objects to any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications to this agreement, or becomes dissatisfied with the Program, Member's only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in the RevenueMagic program and properly terminate his or her membership.
